Who We Are

Hook was founded in 2007 by Patricia Rivera, an active nonprofit board leader who understands what it takes to get the story right.

Our dignity-first approach to mission-driven marketing has been built one long relationship at a time. Our average tenure is over seven years, because trust takes time and we’re in no rush.

Good marketing needs a system. We use proven frameworks, including Duct Tape Marketing and StoryBrand, and keep training so we can apply them well.
